Eksjö

Eksjö is considered Sweden’s best-preserved example of a wooden town. There are dozens of listed buildings, giving Eksjö a high cultural value even by European standards. It’s not a mass tourism destination, which adds to its appeal for travellers seeking rural flavour in the forests of Småland.
